  This guy refused the parcel even though was fully paid for , no doubt will get bad feedback off him , oh well can't please everyone.

  The parcel was sent to a click-and-collect address without the eCP number. Per the advice on "selling with Click and Collect" on the eBay Customer Service page: "If this eCP number is missing, your parcel will be rejected at the eBay collection point location. In this case, your parcel will be unidentifiable and may be disposed of, without reimbursement. This may cause an ‘Item not received’ case to be raised against you by the buyer."
