LAT PULL DOWN STATION

The odd bit missing but nothing stopping me building it. I add a shock absorber to the bottom by using a rubber mallet head, creating a sleave to fit over the bottom section. If you don't it smashes into the bolt which aint going to last very long. Swapped the cabling out with prebuilt stuff from amazon. Its a bit low for me so i can see my messing with the cable lengths.
