Sometimes these hoses explode
4 of 4 found this helpful I purchased three of these hoses. They are lightweight and expand with the water pressure. I was excited that my days of dragging heavy hoses were over. They seemed good.
I always let all water out when finished using them.
Then, two weeks later - kaboom. Two of the three hoses had embolisms that expanded and blew out. Loud pop! Yikes!
Worthless. Garbage can for them.
One is still working but I baby it and fully expect it to explode at any time.
In theory, these hoses are a great idea but there is some kind of problem with the inside expandable plastic part.
So sad. Back to dragging the heavy hoses.
