Almost but not quite a quality product.
These lights are almost identical to ones I have had for four years except the old ones I have use a square metal panel and not the round one. The problem with these lights seems to be quality control, or lack of it. If you get a good one where the solar panel does produce 2v and the button cell battery manages to keep a charge then you have a light that will do its job and last for years. On the other hand, either the solar panel does not produce enough voltage to fully charge the battery or the battery won't hold the charge and you have a light that may work for a short time but fails after that. Of my original 12 lights there are four that still work.
The price is quite good, so I suppose you could buy 2 lots and hope that 12 out of 24 worked well enough to do the job.
I have bought other LED lights that use a larger solar cell and use AAA batteries for storage and they are excellent - and they were cheaper.
I am not saying "Don't buy these lights" but more like "You might be disappointed".
PS. Just because the description details the use of AAA batteries does not mean they actually use AAA batteries.

Works for Some
I bought the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for a Samsung smart TV model UE55KU6020 - Yes, I know that is not the model detailed in the advert but the keyboard and mouse are no different to all the others described as working with specified smart TVs. There is a disclaimer in some of the other adverts to the effect that they may not work with specific smart TVs but, for the price, I was willing to take the chance.
As it turned out, when it was connected, the keyboard worked but the mouse did not (can't say I wasn't warned).
I have access to another Samsung smart TV, model:UE43J5600AK and both the keyboard and mouse worked well. Unless the advert specifies the model of smart TV with which the keyboard and mouse will work then it seems to be a bit of a lottery. However, from a personal point of view, if there is a chance that some hardware will make entering text into a smart TV easier than using the TV's remote control then I'll take a chance.
To summarise; this Bluetooth keyboard and mouse work well - it's the smart TVs that may not be compatible.
