    HP print head
    Looks to be a genuine HP product with HP ink tanks. Once installed the print head communication error was gone. First time I just removed and reinstalled the old head. That fixed it for a few weeks. Order this replacement and it was here in a couple of days. Been working for a couple of weeks so I expect it will be ok.
