Vibration issue

I bought this engine mount as polyurethane bushes are advertised as better than rubber. I fitted the mount to my Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 hdi, and was instantly disappointed with my purchase. The vibration from the engine isn't damped at all, making it uncomfortable at engine idle and when you pull away. The vibration does improve at motorway speeds, but you are aware that it isn't quite right. I have removed the polyurethane bush and fitted a standard rubber one at 1/3 the price. My car is back to normal, thank goodness. I will never buy another polyurethane bush, and I now know why the car manufacturers don't install these as standard.
