Moving, enchanting and heart wrenching...
Beautifully filmed, a moving account of the tragic loss of Nick Caves son. Direct and challenging the film takes you on an emotional journey through a mix of his music from Skeleton Tree and listening to Nick and his wife struggling to come to terms with the loss of their son. Originally I went to see this at the Cinema and when the film finished I could hear people quietly weeping, the room was filled with a heavy sadness. The music has a quality which extends beyond just falling onto your ears it penetrates your skin, it gives you goose bumps it changes your breathing.
I had to buy this as it was more than just a watching listening experience, it left a deep impression on me.
