  Defrauded by a horrible seller who blatantly lied and then sent me a nasty aggressive message when I asked for a return. Shocked by the state of the used eye makeup palette which was listed as 'new' and only slightly damaged and even further by the barrage of abuse I got for asking for my money back. If I had used the palette I would have risked an eye infection as most of them had been used extensively and was in a terrible state.
