Out of date chocolate loose in large box - not suitable for gift.

Although the product arrived promptly I was disappointed to open the large transit style box it arrived in to find loose chocolate bars. I though they would be in a small cardboard, presentational box. This was intended as a gift so I bought a box and put the chocolate in but was disappointed to find when the chocolate bars were opened at a birthday party that they were obviously old and out of date as the chocolate had bloomed and was white. I could have bought loose chocolate bars of better quality myself for much less money.
