Product is great but Brother needs a better informational database
The product is great but I spent a lot of time searching for installation and operation help. I couldn’t go to my dealer because they haven’t been able to help me with any of my previous technical questions.
As for the value question, i hate yes/no response options. If you do a lot of embroidery then the answer is yes.
