Too early to tell
1 of 1 found this helpful Led to believe it could take up to 6 months before any effect is apparent from taking this product. However my IBS has recently flared and I wonder if it could be due to taking this supplement so have not taken any for almost a week and tummy seems to be settling. Having said that the product seems to be a good quality and reasonably priced against other brands. Will have to wait and see if it is something I would recommend.
