Inaccurate recipe
Having looked forward to using this book, was keen to start cooking. My first dish was red lentil dal. Following the recipe as stated the result was watery and too salty. The ratio of lentils and water did not work.
I am wondering if there are other similar issues which does not give me confidence in the recipes , however it could be an isolated case.
