  I purchased a ring from this seller and the product I received was clearly not the item listed. After letting the seller know they denied sending the wrong item, until I sent pictures. They then suggested that the item must have change the colour in the post! They initially refused a return and eventually only agreed if I paid postage to return it. After refusing to pay for their mistake they stopped communication with me. I had to ask eBay to step in. I eventually got a full refund.
