Entertaining movie sci-fi with a twist, not slow - it DRAGS;)
1 of 1 found this helpful This movie is a hoot! The 'girls' obviously ham it up, and it's fun to watch. The plot is wacky sci-fi, 1950s goofy fantasy in space.
Being the first of it's genre the creator was ahead of his time. Obviously Lady Gaga stole from it for her own 'look'. You WiLL recognize that.
Since nearly the entire thing is filmed in a NY apartment the sound quality is poor, but I have to give it to the people in the film for trying to make an independent film with real entertainment value. It's tasteful and the script is fun fantasy.

This book is written by the actual longtime personal and trusted servant of Marie Antoinette and is very personal and a valuable read for anyone who wants to really know about this fascinating time in history.
Marie, you were greatly wronged. Thanks to Madam Campan, we can all know the inside story. She was indeed your loyal servant.

Story of a prisoner of the Nazi's who was to die but picked instead to run the lab for Mengele.
It was a gift for my brother who owned it many years ago and loaned it out to a client of his who never returned it. He said he found that book so interesting he had occasionally gone back and re-read parts. He told me about that book so often I knew he wished he had never loaned it out so I bought him this one as a birthday gift. He called to say thank you (had it shipped to his house) and he said, 'this copy is much nicer than the one I owned'!
It was the perfect birthday gift. Evidently was nicely packaged and he is always telling me to read it, must be very interesting. Not a horrible story but one about a very proficient lab director who was picked to run the lab for Mengele and it saved his life.
