Great refresher course and inspiration!

It has been many years since I used a sewing machine, so I bought this book as a refresher. It has lots of pictures and details about sewing equipment, has made me feel comfortable to have a reference at my side. Projects are home decor based, again with lots of pictures and helpful hints. I think a beginner with a sewing machine would really find this book a big help, as would a person seeking a refresher course or inspiration.

Great set for soapmaking

I bought this set to get a change from casting individual soaps. Anxious to try it I used some leftover melt & pour soap and some colorful scrap chopped up for inclusions. It made a beautiful loaf of soap. I didn't have the mold all the way full (using leftovers) but would estimate it to hold around (or slightly under) three pounds of soap. The cutter was easy to adjust and both cutter blades worked great with it. I made 12 soaps out of the block. I wish I had bought this set earlier-it is a fun change from casting in individual molds. I am going to rebatch some cold process next with this set to see how it goes. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great case for my tablet!

Great looking case! Fits my new 10.4" tablet well (which has a folding flip case on it) with a little space to spare, just as I prefer. I also like that the long front pocket has a zipper on it to keep accessories safe. Case is well made, is securely stitched and has easy to operate zippers. Great price too!
