Get to sleep quicker
I play badminton until around 10.30pm and struggle to get to sleep, I struggle with side effects if I take nytol or still feel sleepy the next day In the office as maybe the nytol is too strong?
No side effects for me using 5htp.
Only used a few times so not sure if there’s any difference with other brands of 5htp, however the main thing is i am getting to sleep!

Sons number one toy
My son has a lot of toys, we would both say it’s one of his best and I do enjoy playing with him together with this.
Plus it’s very realistic
