  Terrible communication. Received a message 3 days after purchase to say item was broken, requested a refund which still has not been received six days later, and all further messages I have sent have been ignored. I would recommend avoiding this seller as they have listed a damaged item for sale and have failed to refund or respond to messages.

  Thank u for your feedback,I apologies for my delay due to the fact everything was in boxes as I was moving flat.Also I never said that the machine was broken.Dispite your disinformation, this feedback was left shortly after I confirmed to u that the machine is in perfect working condition.I would recommend, next time, have a look on sellers feedback profile, and that will give u an idea off what type of seller u dealing with. and the machine was sold immediately after you reject it. thank you
