Good recovery better sleep

Mesh will bucjlr and let grinds through unless you can figure out a way to reset the mesh like i did. Plunger not all the way to bottom. Works good

Good product for increasing testosterone. I think there are better products if you are looking for more gains but for the price this product does well when paired with maca
