Best coconut oil 🥥

1 of 1 found this helpful Great book. It’s really useful to know about the brain and how your anxiety is processed through it. It Easy to read and understand...not neurologists jargon as I previously misconceived ;-)
Definitely read this book if you are struggling with anxiety!
