Great stuff

I use this for a toe that I stubbed & I needed something to strap it to the next toe for support. This works well as it does not leave a sticky mess like a plaster & also stays stuck unlike a plaster. It stays on in the shower too. Good stuff.

Easy to take

I waited until I had used nearly a months worth before I did the review. My IBS is a lot better, not perfect but I am hopeful. I have tried powders which are a lot cheaper & last for ages as you don’t need much. They stopped working for me & maybe because I had had the powders for a while & they lost their potency. Anyway I shall buy another months worth & see how I go. Anything is worth a try if you suffer from IBS.
