Limited, but still useful
1 of 1 found this helpful After buying this I found out that ionisers not only do not remove particulate matter, but they give off Ozone as well. That's my own fault for not checking properly, but surprisingly, despite all that, this is actually quite a decent product. It needs to be used sparingly, and preferably when there is no one in the room, but there's no doubt whatsoever that the negative ions do their job and freshen up a room in reasonably quick time. If you're looking for a filter, this is not the product for you. If you just want something non-gaseous and non-perfumed to freshen up a room, this will do the job very well.

Good product for the price
Good product for the price. Housing is plastic, only the scissors are metal and they don't work, but you don't really need them too. It pushes the wires into the connectors and the hook for removing old wires is really handy. For the price, you cannot go wrong, much better than the all-plastic versions which break after a couple of punchdowns.

Excellent value for money. It has saved me £100s from paying a professional
Initially I tried to upgrade an old zone 1 Sky dish which was put up sometime during the stone age but it was a lot of work and money for no reward. Having received this dish it was up and working in 48 hours. It had everything I needed included. Initially I thought I would need to spend money for an additional signal checker, but I used an app on my phone which pointed a line in the direction the dish should point in and it worked first time. Build quality seems very good, it has already withstood a couple of storms. It's very simple to put together and as long as you have the right equipment i.e. a good drill and a ratchet, then installation is very easy too. The signal strength is excellent and I haven't had any interference at all. Unless space is at a premium you might as well get a zone 2 dish because you collect more signal, regardless of whether, like me, you live inside the zone 1 catchment area. It's a bit more peace of mind for a small outlay.
