Nice, fast, but could reduce plastic packing
Lovely product, good value, arrived quickly, but alot of plastic packaging in proportion to a very dinky ball of wool. I would have been much happier with it popped into a paper envelope and posted like that!

Good to use, lovely cooking results but not that durable in a chaotic house full of kids.
I love this mixer, the speed is nice and adjustable (goes from a lower speed than my kenwood, so not so splattery, but will go fast too) and I like the ballon which attachment which makes excellent meringue, but sadly found the thin wire beater attachments broke fairly easily. They don’t break in use, but give them to a child to lick and they fall over holding it and squash it, or leave it lying about and you have had it. And I cant find anywhere to replace them. The motor is good and it seems a shame to buy a whole new set of beaters when I just need the attachments. So in summary if you are a careful owner it is fantastic and will give you better results than most. if you have a houseful of madness and children, buy a Kenwood, they may not have the fine speed control or cool balloon whisk but are stronger and they sell spares.
