Fantastic
I’ve been using Osteo Bi Flex for more than five years. Prior to finding it
I tried several other Glucosamine Chondroitin products and none worked for me.
There was a time that I could not walk up a set of stairs unless I pulled myself up holding unto the railing. Since using Osteo Bi flex I feel no pains in the knees and only hold unto the railing for balance.
I’ve actively spoken out and recommended it to friends and family.

Good buy for the price
Could have gotten a different pedometer but who needs all those functions? I just want to see how many steps I take on a normal day and on days play golf.

Just what the doctor ordered
Having several health issues after SCI digits have recommended elevation of my feet and legs. I’ve used pillows before but this did a much better job
