Doing its job
Honestly, as anything healthy, it is nasty BUT!!! I got it to help with my high blood pressure and inflammation and it is working, so I am very happy.

Must have
I live in the Caribbean and other than the heat and showers, this is perfect for keeping my CGM on while swimming. I actually have to work at removing it on day 14. I have no skin irritation and I have very sensitive skin, and it is very comfortable.
