Understanding Childbirth
As an expectant grandmother I watched this DVD and only wished I had seen it 30 years ago when my own children were due. Used in conjunction with antinatal classes this is a must. Betty Parsons has a very relaxed and calming voice and the content makes so much sense, just what is needed to reassure new mothers to be.

Worth the money.
Used for one day then packed away - Fits easily into a zipper lock plastic bag for small storage.
Bright and cheery for decoration ok in the rain too!
