Ideal
This little book was greatly appreciated by my right brained partner who struggles with anything that might be described as instructions. He found this book easy & clear to follow as a complete beginner but there is plenty to keep him going as he progresses. Weell pleased with the purchase.

Life Changing
One of those few rare books that offer a real insight into living in the present with full instructions on how to make the shift from reactivity into responsive living by integrating damaged aspects of ourselves. Real value for money & very different from anything else out there that I've come across before. Thanks Michael.
