Excellent
Very comprehensive kit including grease for the clutch splines.

Ideal for a diy mechanic
A cheap component which can repair an expensive to replace alternator. If you can solder you can fit this item although you will need a multimeter to correctly diagnose the problem.

Cheap but poorly constructed
I bought the cheapest motorcycle lift on Ebay and at first glance it looks to be of robust construction. However as soon as you start to use it you become aware of its shortcomings, The pressings are not uniform or square and the tolerances are pathetic. The two saddles are loose when first mounted but soon become jammed when you try to move them due to the poor fit. A box spanner and T bar are supplied for raising the lift but even with a modest 40kg on it was hard work, with 500kg (the claimed capacity) you would need muscles like Popeye. Even with a socket and ratchet it was hard work. I bought this for one specific job and to be fair I got the job done which would have been impossible without it but it was accompanied with much swearing and use of the hammer to get the saddles into the correct position. I also found it necessary to add a piece of angle iron to improve the stability. In conclusion spend a bit more money and buy a hydraulic lift with a larger 'bed'.
