I had heard about this device on various 'review' mediums, but anybody I knew who had one was invariably pleased with its operation, especially reliability. The one I bought on ebay was in very good condition, especially the remote controller. to date the operation of this unit has been excellent, with no problems. I am about to try the 'download' software, and hope it also is reliable.
