Very useful and good value.
Very convenient for use in these lockdown days. Good value for money. I am enjoying my home workouts much more now that I have proper weights to use.

A fantastic film for a bargain price!
I love French cinema and had the film on VHS years ago, so I was delighted to be able to get the DVD (complete version, two discs.) Not for those who need action and explosions or can't cope with subtitled films, but beautifully acted by Emmanuelle Béart, Michel Piccoli and our very own Jane Birkin. The story is the examination of the relationship (not physical) between an accomplished artist (Piccoli) who has lost his inspiration and the girlfriend (Béart)of a young artist who "volunteers" her to be his model as he tries to exorcise his demons by finishing the painting of the title which nearly destroyed his artistic career years previously. The film is very long (nearly four hours) but never drags. Béart is naked for most of the film, but this is in no way prurient, rather a metaphor for baring one's soul. None of the main characters, apart from the artist's wife (Birkin) comes out of things with much credit but all learn a lot about themselves. Directed by Jacques Rivette, one of the heroes of the 'Nouvelle Vague' which transformed and rejuvenated French cinema. Thoroughly recommended.
