  The package was a little beat up, but that could have been from the post office. Unfortunately, it got stuck in shipping and took a while to get delivered. This was no fault of the seller though as they shipped quickly and were very swift to respond to the messages that were sent. Upon opening the juicer it appeared as a brand new juicer would. Overall, this was a great purchase! The price was way better than other places we looked at. Definitely recommend!

  I just received my wife's Christmas present ...delivered on my doorstep IN ITS RETAIL SHELF PACKAGING WITH A POSTAGE LABEL ON IT! Wrapped together with clear tape. It's CHRISTMAS. Guess the surprise is on the 10th, NOT the 25th. Thanks. I'm not giving you a bad rating as it did arrive, but jeez... THINK before you send naked packages out.
