    I bought this item on 29 Jan which was due to arrive on 5 Feb. It didnt.Messaged the seller who assured me that it was coming but he sent another one through Royal Mail, which was supposed to arrive today. But then told me today that driver refused to collect the parcel due to size. When asked if he actually sent the first one via Evri, he did not respond. This seller is very unreliable. I wasted 8 days which affected my business. After the conversation, he increased the price from 19.99 to 100.

    Did receive an empty envelope delivered by Evri. Item was stolen by Evri or sent empty by the seller. Don't know. Seller was not interested to step in and contact Evri delivery to resolve this situation. All can seller is able to say is "Sorry". Wanted to involve eBay but not worth my nerves for £17.

    We provided photo evidence of the parcel being delivered by hand to you, sealed, by the Evri Driver after you claimed the parcel was 'stolen' by the driver and sent photos of the parcel opened. You purchased a top worth £110 for £17, but attempted to scam us by playing this false accusation and to take advantage of ebay system. Such risk of theft at your door step requires police intervention. Evri dismissed your false claim immediately. WARNING TO ALL SELLERS, BEWARE OF BUYER & HOW YOU SEND ITM
