Good if got a lot of spare time to exercise and if you are a good dancer
I received my dvds really quickly. I am an avid gymn goer and bought it to do at home when i can not go to the gymn. I think you would have to be a very good dancer to to this dvd. I can dance but even struggled. I thought it was boring at times. I really thought she was great and the methods were very good and had good results but is not realistic to peoples lifesttyle. Its ok if you have a nanny to baby sit your kids for two hours a day five to six times a week. I think i am quite motivated to exercise but i still struggled to do it as much as they said.
