  This seller is dishonest. The jar containing the cream is a used jar with staining and damage to the label. Neals Yard jars are always sealed. This jar was unsealed. i contacted the seller immediately, requesting to return the item for a refund. They did not reply to my request. .Ebay should not allow this seller to use their site.

  Both jars were not full and had obviously been opened. Both had cream missing, one very obviously. Packaging was very poor for two glass jars. One arrived with the glass cracked and broken, with shards of glass in the cream, which I had to throw away for safety. Will not order from this supplier again.
