  This seller is dishonest. The jar containing the cream is a used jar with staining and damage to the label. Neals Yard jars are always sealed. This jar was unsealed. i contacted the seller immediately, requesting to return the item for a refund. They did not reply to my request. .Ebay should not allow this seller to use their site.

  Both jars were not full and had obviously been opened. Both had cream missing, one very obviously. Packaging was very poor for two glass jars. One arrived with the glass cracked and broken, with shards of glass in the cream, which I had to throw away for safety. Will not order from this supplier again.

  Why my order this time didn't come with Olay Vitamin C serum didn't come with with its Original packet. The Olay vitamin c plus was not in its original packet before the seller packaged it for delivery. Please next time let it come with Olay Vitamin C original package before packaging for delivery. That is y i leave u with four stars instead of 5 stars. It was delivered on time though. Thanks.
