Raised Panel Inserts = Huge Design Flaw
2 of 2 found this helpful Very sensitive and responsive, but the foam inserts that sits right under the arrows moved around and permanently screwed up the pad. Tried using a hot air gun to get the foam panels back into place but once they got moved they didn't go back into place proper. I would expect this sort of thing to happen about a months worth of using, not like 5 play sessions. I would return it but with the current COVID situation it's not really worth the time.
I'm almost wondering if mine was defective because the pictures make it seem like the foam panels (Not the 6-piece puzzle foam insert) are locked into place compared to how mine is acting.
