Disappointing
Tried this with water on day 1 and it was FOUL! Not so much the taste as the silky, slippery texture - EURGH!!! Emailed the company to complain and they suggested drinking it with orange juice - a definite improvement but still not great - or eating it in porridge (don't do it!) I've no doubt that the levels of vitamins and minerals in these sachets are good for you, though whether you really need those levels I am yet to see as they haven't helped in my pregnancy quest ... I have now found that a) eating them with greek yogurt and b) using half a sachet at a time is the only way that I can stomach them, and as they cost so much I will continue to use them but I wouldn't recommend them unless you have a very strong stomach and really feel that they will benefit you more than taking a regular multivit, or, as I used to do, take multiple high strength vitamins individually in tablet form. The reviews seem excellent but I'm yet to be convinced.
