Decent Watches But Warranty Needs To Be Re vamped
1 of 1 found this helpful Invicta Watches are very decent Time piece's but i feel they should give a longer warranty & the 428.00 Return shipping charge during warranty is just wrong .If you buy one of there watches & it fails & falls under there one year warranty why should the consumer get stuck flipping the shipping charge for warranty repair ?? Yes maybe a true fair price would be around $8.00 like other Watch manufacturers charge but $28.00 is a lot of money when it is truly a manufacturers defect. All & All they are nice Watches but me personally if i get another defective unit & get stuck paying that over inflated shipping charge i will no longer buy any more Invtica Watches & i own 12 now i would like them to know they need to revamp there warranty practice and offer more then a one warranty if he product is so good !!! Back it up with a decent warranty !!! Fair is Fair & the 90+ day turn around time for Warranty repair's is also unfair !! Invicta Watch out you will Loose customer's over these issue's & It's a Shame you have a Nice Product !!! John B.
