The item was advertised as new it was not, was not in original packaging and had a power adapter not supplied by Google. It did not work and I asked to return it. Refund depended upon receipt so I sent it 1st class tracked and signed. The seller refused to refund my £6.19 postage costs and even threatened to withhold my refund of £52,71 unless I first posted a very good review – Blackmail! I said to not leave a bad review because it was buyer error. description stated no packaging and photos did and it stated plugs may vary! I have experience of Chromecast being a user for more than a year and having set them up for less techi friends. This item was inoperable and I was never offered a return label.

It is completely unusable and as soon as I mention i would like to go through the eBay return process they ignore my messages. It was sent in a plastic bag, no other protection, just loose in a bag. They wanted me to send it back before sending me a new one but as soon as I mentioned I would like to go through eBay returns, nothing.
