Very eloquent and well written. Brings up many points not even thought about when it comes to health. Certainly not thought about when dealing with the structural health of the human body. The corrective exercises are well thought out and easy to enough to do for the majority of people. Even those in pain. I recommend not only this book, but all the books written buy Peter Egoscue. All are good value and full of practical and thought provoking information .
