Legwarmers good, sweatbands not so
The legwarmers are great, perfect for fancy dress but also regular wear. The sweatbands snagged very easily and fell apart by the end of the night, and I was dancing nothing more! Shame. Nice colour, but for the money I would have expected to be able to use them again. The headband is pretty small, so I didn't wear that.

Give it a go
Bulky and makes my arm ache a bit, but after a few days I got used to it and my arm felt a lot better. It stops me using the muscle that hurts as much as usual, letting it rest, and helps when I do have to grip and lift. Use along with ibuprofen gel. I wear it for work and gym.
