  Disk had obviously taken a big whack during shipment (see photo) and was non-functional on arrival. It's a risk of shipping items like this and as it's not an expensive item I'll not push for a refund.

  I am sorry that is has arrived damaged, I am new to selling on eBay and have only realised this now after 6 months. I am aware that it is too late and I would have gladly refunded had you have asked. Now that I am more experienced, I will be packing items more thouroughly as it seems that even though I have attempted to pack it nicely, it has not been able to withstand the postage services.
