Surplus Test Equipment Ltd was established in 2002 and offers a variety of quality, used test and measurement equipment, ranging from multimeters to oscilloscopes, signal generators to frequency analysers from a number of world-leading manufacturers.

We are able to sell equipment that we no longer have a use for, with the knowledge and expertise on specifications, therefore giving you the confidence that the products we have to offer are of high quality.

On most of our eBay listings for used test equipment, you will find a brief description of the item (where possible, this is a manufacturer's description) & test results/comments from our engineer detailing any faults found. Of course, if you have any questions that aren't answered in the listing, please get in touch.

    Arrived on time and was very well wrapped. Counter was exactly as described and photographed. This was not the unit I originally intended to purchase as the vendor contacted me promptly after closing the deal to offer me a substitute unit (identical spec) as the counter I bid on proved to have a fault when they tested it prior to despatch - good catch! Communications were very good throughout with prompt replies. Overall a very positive experience. I do not hesitate to recommend this vendor.
