Worst book I've read. Made me more depressed
0 of 2 found this helpful What this book does is make you go back into bad things that you forgot about that hindered and hurt you in the past. Things you really did not want to remember. This book made me more depressed than how I was before I read it. No surprise that I could only read a couple of chapters before it really made me so depressed that I gave up. Waste of money. Im starting to believe that some self help books do more damage than help.
If you are depressed and curious about what is written in the book, I strongly suggest you avoid this book. Its not worth the headache and bringing up old things you forgot about. Very sad. I wish I never head about this book

Network. A great movie from back in the day
This is a great movie. It is probably as true as it gets on showing us how the media works in a gripping way.
