Foam Popper Cutters
I have used these and can thoroughly recommend them . I put them in my cordless drill and lubricate with water and detergent. They make good clean cuts every time and the foam tubes are easy to remove undamaged. They can also be easily re sharpened. Much much cheaper than the cutters I used to buy and a good selection of sizes.
