Awful seller. Sent the wrong item, hasn't apologised, has failed to provide the correct item and wants me to be out of pocket and return original one before correct one is received. Is now threatening to report ME to EBAY because they sent me a label at 18:11 on Monday evening and I've not posted by 7:00 on Wednesday! Completely unrealistic. At no point have they even said the word "sorry". Rude and verging on intimidating style of communication, which is causing stress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sorry for any confusion - having spoken to my shop manager who has been away, and have not been able to reply before hand , it has been agreed that as it was a genuine error that you may of course keep it - unless of course you wish to return it for a full refund.
