Autogenic training is an interesting way to be in contact with and tell your body you are in charge. I had a course many years ago with Dr Kermani and found it helped my sleep pattern.

Historical AND practical

I bought this for a friend as she was envious of mine which I have had for many years. I keep it on my office desk at home and near the telly when the Chase and Tipping point are on! I beat the contestants time and again! Love its double use!
