Great source of organic super-rich green foods
1 of 1 found this helpful Great organic nutricional product. It’s packed with a blen of 11 super-rich green foods including Nettle, Kale Sprouts, and Wheat Grass Juice. Peppermint leaf gives it a really nice touch of flavour. I have been using this product on a daily basis for some months now. I really notice the difference when I don’t have it. I mix one big heaped teaspoon of the powder with hot water, and add some honey to make a nutricious ”green tea” for the start of the day. You need to experiment in your own body; you may prefer to have it in the evening, or mixed with something else like juice, or in a smoothie, or perhaps in almond milk with some honey before going to sleep. It pretty much depends on your taste. The product is great. It is high in polyphenols and protein. It’s perfect if you want to detox. I love the flavour and the health benefits. :) A great fan of the product, as you can tell. :D
