I liked the book very much and bought if for a friend
It was recommended by a friend to give me some insight into depression... It helped me understand some of what my Husband was going through with his physical problems...I would recommend it. ..and have!

Easier to speak.
My Perio Dr recommend I use this product to help with my dry mouth issue.. I was having trouble with enunciation of certain words.. My lips would stink to my teeth.. Also, I would get a dry cough… This product has helped me with both issues..
