I can now move my sofabed without wrecking my back!
These sliders work very well under the legs of a very heavy sofabed, on a fairly deep carpet. It glides along now after a little push so that it doesn't move when just sitting on it. They are robust and have solved my problem when moving the sofabed around.

Lots of information made easy to read and absorb.
This is a very good book outlining the state of dying in this country today where people don't have the choice of an assisted death if terminally ill with only months to live. Easy to read, lots of stats and information.
