Sound good ... eventually!
1 of 1 found this helpful This product was a nightmare to set up because the instructions that come with it just aren't sufficiently detailed.
The base feet were stuck together and nothing in the instructions tells you how to separate them. It involved an online chat with Maplin (that didn't resolve the issue) and several emails, before I had the information to un-stick them.
I had to try several different connection options and do numerous internet searches before I eventually got them to work with the TV.
Yes, they are now working and the sound quality is good, however, the wire between the speakers is ridiculously too short, so instead of being able to hide the cables behind the TV, I've had to leave them on the floor in front of the TV as they won't stretch further. Would I buy them again? Probably not.

Why use cardboard for back and drawer bottoms?
The outer wooden casing is fine and they look great, however i was disappointed when I opened the package to find that the back panel and drawer bottoms are made of that thick cardboard stuff and not solid wood. It's okay now, but I bet they warp / collapse at some point

Doesn't do what it's supposed to
0 of 1 found this helpful Difficult to unwind out of box without snapping. I hung mine in a fly infested greenhouse, and after 3 weeks I have yet to catch a single fly.
